Automation Engineer (Palletizer)

Your Mission
- Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plants based on technical, contractual, and safety specifications.
- Properly handle, check, and transfer equipment non-conformities.
- Prepare Job Progress Charts and technical reports for carried-out activities.
- Ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Perform activities in line with Standard Operating Procedures, Sidel coordination plan rules, and customer rules.
- Report after-sales opportunities detected at customer sites.
- Conduct technical activities, troubleshooting, and deliver reporting deliverables.
- Report to the Installation Site Manager for team site activities.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Specialization in automation-mechanics or aseptic is a plus.
- French language skills are an advantage.
- Experience in the beverage industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field activities.
- Technical expertise in mechanical, automation (B&R, Siemens, Elau & AB), electrical, or aseptic systems.
- Willingness to travel up to 90% (including international locations).
- Ability to perform medium work including moving objects up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, etc.
- Constant stationary position, often standing for prolonged periods.
- Constant operation of machinery and/or power tools.
- Constant work in small and/or enclosed spaces.
