Your Opportunity
Sidel is seeking a self-motivated Field Service Engineer (FSE) specialized in high-speed rotary labeling machine technology. In this role, you will perform installation, startup, commissioning, and testing of Sidel equipment at customer sites worldwide.
Your Mission
- Leverage strong field service experience in mechatronics
- Apply deep specialization in high-speed rotary labeling machine technology
- Travel both internationally and domestically as needed
- Maintain a high level of communication and reporting internally and externally
Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years of field service experience with high-speed rotary labeling machines
- Graduate degree in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- Proficient with PLC systems (Siemens / B&R / ELAU)
- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving both hardware and software-related issues – must-have
- Knowledge of cold glue, PSL, and hot melt systems is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); strong reporting skills
- Able to travel up to 90%, including domestic and international assignments
- Experience in the beverage industry (RGB) is a plus
