Description:
Affordable Group of Companies Dubai is urgently hiring experienced and skilled professionals for the position of Facility Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have strong expertise in facility operations, maintenance management, and team leadership within a structured corporate environment in the UAE.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth facility operations, maintaining service quality standards, and supervising day-to-day maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of all maintenance activities
• Manage building services, preventive maintenance schedules, and operational efficiency
• Supervise technical teams and external service providers for facility-related tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance work, and facility upgrades as required
• Maintain operational readiness of equipment, systems, and infrastructure
• Monitor facility performance and prepare operational reports for management review
• Ensure proper communication between departments for facility-related requirements
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts effectively
• Support cost control initiatives and optimize facility management expenses
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar operational role
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, building operations, and technical systems
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in facility management, engineering, or related field preferred
• Ability to handle multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
