Facilities Management Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management operations and the ability to efficiently coordinate maintenance activities, contractors, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily facility management operations, including maintenance and service requests
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Monitor and track work orders, PPM schedules, and service reports
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
• Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and quotations
• Support contract management and service delivery performance
• Handle emergency maintenance coordination when required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Facilities Management
• Ability to join immediately
