City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel is looking for a professional, proactive, and highly organized Executive Secretary to join our senior management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Currently based in the UAE
  • 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar role within a hotel or corporate setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Capable of efficiently managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
  • Well-groomed with a positive, professional attitude

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Professionally handle incoming calls, emails, and official communications
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Maintain organized filing systems and confidential records
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion
  • Assist management with daily operations and special projects as needed
