Reporting To: Managing Partner

Remuneration: Kshs. 120,000 + Additional Benefits

Role Purpose

Our client is seeking a sophisticated and high-energy Executive Personal Assistant to support their Managing Partner. This is a high-touch role designed for a professional who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and excels at providing seamless, proactive support. You will act as the Managing Partner’s strategic "right hand," ensuring they are optimized to focus on high-level firm leadership and client engagement. The ideal candidate is a confident, structured communicator who can anticipate needs before they arise and maintain a rigorous follow-through culture across all firm-wide initiatives.

Functional Responsibilities

Executive & Strategic Integration

  • Orchestrate the Managing Partner’s complex calendar, ensuring priorities are balanced and deadlines are met without fail.

  • Provide proactive briefs and high-quality meeting materials to ensure the Managing Partner is prepared for every engagement.

  • Accompany the Managing Partner to critical meetings, meticulously tracking action items and driving their execution to completion.

  • Monitor progress on firm-wide strategic projects, coordinating cross-departmental activities to ensure organizational alignment.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Act as the primary liaison and professional gatekeeper between the Managing Partner and staff, high-value clients, and external partners.

  • Draft high-level correspondence, internal communiqués, and presentations that reflect the firm’s professional standard.

  • Screen and prioritize high-volume communications, identifying urgent matters that require immediate executive attention.

  • Manage post-meeting follow-ups, ensuring accountability and maintaining momentum on key relationship-driven goals.

Operational & Event Coordination

  • Organize leadership and partner-level meetings, including the preparation of comprehensive agendas and meeting packs.

  • Record action points with precision and track the delivery of tasks assigned by the Managing Partner.

  • Manage all domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistical requirements.

  • Assist in the execution of special projects and internal/external events, maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

  • Professional Tenure: Minimum of 5–8 years of experience directly supporting senior executives or partners.

  • Sector Knowledge: Prior experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred.

  • Capability: Proven track record in C-suite support and high-level stakeholder management.
