Description:

JTS Medical Centre is urgently seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Executive for Front Office & Billing to join its healthcare administration team in Jumeirah, Dubai. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth front desk operations, accurate billing processes, and efficient patient service coordination within a fast-paced medical environment.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple administrative and billing-related tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and front desk coordination

• Handle patient registration and ensure all records are accurately updated

• Process insurance pre-approvals and support billing-related procedures

• Maintain accurate medical and administrative documentation

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of front office activities

• Coordinate with medical and administrative staff for patient service flow

• Support billing tasks and ensure compliance with healthcare procedures

• Provide professional and courteous customer service to patients and visitors

• Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient clinic environment

Candidate Requirements:

• CPC or medical coding & billing certification is mandatory

• Minimum qualification of Grade 12 is required

• Healthcare graduate with a diploma or degree is an added advantage

• Prior experience in healthcare, medical administration, or customer relations preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential

• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM is required

• Ability to work flexible shifts including morning, mid, and evening duties

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential

The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, and capable of handling administrative and billing responsibilities in a professional healthcare setting while ensuring excellent patient service
