Position Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic Events & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Kajiado. This role is a perfect blend of logistical planning and digital creativity, designed for an individual who can transition seamlessly from designing social media content to coordinating on-site event logistics. You will be responsible for building our brand presence online while ensuring our physical events—ranging from corporate retreats to private celebrations—run smoothly. Functional Accountability Areas

Event Logistics & Execution

  • Assist in the end-to-end planning and organization of corporate, social, and private functions.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely setup and delivery of services.

  • Provide on-site support during events to manage timelines and resolve any logistical challenges.

  • Maintain an active event calendar to ensure all bookings and preparations are synchronized.

Digital Marketing & Content Strategy

  • Manage and update the company’s social media platforms to maintain consistent audience engagement.

  • Create high-quality, engaging posts and stories, focusing on the visual appeal of our hospitality offerings.

  • Utilize Canva or similar design tools to produce professional posters, flyers, and digital marketing materials.

  • Monitor online inquiries and engage with the community to drive service awareness.

Administrative & Brand Support

  • Ensure all marketing collateral and digital content strictly adhere to established brand guidelines.

  • Facilitate client communications, including follow-ups and inquiries regarding event packages.

  • Generate periodic reports on marketing performance and event success to inform future strategies.

  • Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to align promotional efforts with available services.

Professional Requirements

Academic & Talent Profile

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Canva or other graphic design software is essential.

  • Experience: While experience is an advantage, fresh graduates with a strong portfolio or interest in events and social media are encouraged to apply.
