Description:
An exciting career opportunity is currently open for a skilled and creative Events Manager at Maison Pyramide in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering high-end luxury events while ensuring exceptional execution across multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of premium and luxury events from initial concept development to final delivery
- Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth event operations
- Oversee logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordination for multiple events at the same time
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met with high-quality standards
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Ensure all events reflect brand identity and meet client expectations in the luxury and lifestyle segment
- Handle fast-paced project demands while maintaining creativity and problem-solving efficiency
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships within the events and supplier network
Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in events management or related roles
- Strong background in luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or high-end event industries
- Established network of vendors, suppliers, and event service providers
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Strong capability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
