Description:
Eden Garden LLC is seeking an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in construction estimating, cost planning, and quantity surveying within the UAE.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the CCS (Candy System) and possess in-depth knowledge of construction costing, quantity take-offs, bill of quantities (BOQs), and tendering processes. Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Develop cost plans and prepare competitive tender pricing.
• Review project drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of estimates and tenders.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Experience using the CCS (Candy System) is required.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Construction costing and cost estimation.
• Quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation.
• Tendering procedures and project cost planning.
