Description:

Aleph is seeking a highly motivated Engagement Associate to join its remote team and help customers improve their Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes through an AI-powered platform. This role combines customer success, financial analysis, and technical implementation, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy solving business problems and working directly with customers.

The successful candidate will become a trusted partner for customers as they implement Aleph across areas such as reporting, budgeting, and workforce planning. You will collaborate with customer teams, product managers, and engineers to improve the platform experience and help shape the future of financial planning technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers in enhancing their FP&A processes and infrastructure using Aleph.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and serve as a trusted advisor.

• Assist with customer onboarding and implementation across different financial use cases.

• Analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.

• Monitor key performance metrics and recommend strategies to increase product adoption.

• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve the platform.

• Help develop scalable customer success strategies aligned with company goals.

• Provide financial and technical insights to improve customer outcomes.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, Consulting, Technical Implementation, or a related field.

• Strong expertise in Excel and Google Sheets financial modeling.

• Ownership mindset with the ability to manage responsibilities independently.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving technology environment.

• Passion for customer engagement and solving complex business challenges.

• Ability to work effectively within a remote team.

• Previous experience at an early-stage technology startup is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:
