Description:
Medcare Royal Speciality Hospital is currently hiring an experienced and motivated Endoscopy Head Nurse to become part of its healthcare team. This opportunity is ideal for nursing professionals with extensive experience in endoscopy care and proven leadership capabilities within a hospital environment.
The hospital is looking for an immediate joiner who can effectively lead nursing operations in the endoscopy unit while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, quality care, and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead the endoscopy nursing team on a daily basis
• Ensure exceptional patient care standards and adherence to safety procedures
• Coordinate and manage endoscopic procedures efficiently within the department
• Monitor compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and DHA healthcare regulations
• Support and mentor junior nursing staff through training and guidance
• Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist in operational planning for the department
• Promote a positive, patient-focused environment within the endoscopy unit
Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) is mandatory
• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in endoscopy nursing
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in an endoscopy department is required
• DHA Eligibility Letter or a valid DHA License is mandatory
• Arabic-speaking candidates will be preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and organizational capabilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Immediate availability to join is required
