A fast-growing eCommerce business in the UAE is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven eCommerce Business Growth Executive to join its expanding digital team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about online sales, digital marketing, and scaling eCommerce platforms to achieve higher performance and brand visibility.
This role requires a proactive professional who can contribute to business growth through strategic marketing, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination. The company offers a dynamic environment where innovation, performance, and growth strategies are highly encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
• Improve overall online sales performance and drive revenue growth across digital platforms.
• Manage, update, and optimize product listings on the website and mobile applications.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Handle social media promotions, paid advertising campaigns, and audience engagement activities.
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate effectively with design, warehouse, and customer support teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and suggest new strategies to enhance eCommerce platform performance and visibility.
• Support continuous improvement of marketing and sales processes through data-driven insights.
Requirements and Skills:
• Proven experience in eCommerce or digital marketing roles.
• Strong knowledge of online marketplaces, social media marketing, and digital sales strategies.
• Basic understanding of SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong result-oriented mindset with ability to meet targets and deadlines.
• Experience in pharmacy or healthcare eCommerce is an advantage.
• Familiarity with UAE market trends is preferred.
• Arabic language skills will be considered a plus.
