  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and collaborate with Business Partners to align financial data inputs with business-facing outputs.
  • Lead the standardisation of financial processes, reporting, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, consistency, and internal controls.
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and reconciled financial information, summaries, and trend analyses that underpin performance reviews and business decisions.
  • Work with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies, enhance reporting quality, and maintain consistent data definitions for comparability across regions and markets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, setting clear objectives, managing performance, and allocating workloads across multiple country demands and stakeholder requirements.
  • Support BDS compliance, audits, and assurance activities while strengthening data governance, documentation standards, master data structures, and reporting frameworks.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Essential: Proven experience leading data quality and reconciliation processes.
  • Essential: Hands-on experience with Anaplan or a comparable EPM platform.
  • Essential: Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a matrix or multi-country organisational context.
  • Essential: Demonstrated ability to work with complex financial datasets across multiple markets or business units.
  • Essential: Strong capability in financial modelling, forecasting, and analytics.
  • Essential: Ability to simplify complexity for senior executives.
  • Essential: Strong data literacy, including Power BI, dashboarding, and data modelling, along with good business storytelling with data.
  • Desirable: Track record of delivering accurate financial reporting and analysis to tight deadlines.
  • Desirable: Experience with SAP or similar ERP platforms.
  • Desirable: Experience delivering financial training or capacity-building.
  • Skills: Advanced data quality and reconciliation skills, with the ability to identify inconsistencies and guide corrective action.

  • Skills: Team leadership, with the ability to coach, develop, and manage a small team.
  • Skills: EPM systems proficiency, including strong working knowledge of Anaplan and experience with SAP and associated reporting tools.
  • Skills: Accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring high-integrity financial data across markets and regions.
  • Skills: Communication skills, explaining financial data clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences.
  • Language: Written and verbal proficiency in English is required, as the organisation's systems and global processes operate in English.
