Description:
A growing organization in the UAE is seeking a proactive and detail-focused E-commerce Warehouse Operations Executive to oversee and streamline daily warehouse activities supporting its expanding online retail operations. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in e-commerce fulfillment who can ensure accurate inventory management and efficient order processing across multiple online marketplaces.
The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth coordination between warehouse functions, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily warehouse activities including receiving shipments, storage organization, order picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure prompt and accurate processing of online marketplace orders from platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, and other e-commerce channels
- Coordinate closely with delivery partners and logistics teams to guarantee smooth and timely order fulfillment
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records and conduct routine stock reconciliation to prevent discrepancies
- Oversee returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics processes to ensure proper handling and documentation
- Prepare and maintain accurate records for all inbound and outbound warehouse transactions
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with the Accounts and E-commerce teams to provide regular updates on stock levels and order statuses
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or warehouse operations within the UAE
- Practical experience handling online marketplace platforms such as Amazon and Noon is preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and proficiency in MS Excel
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with ERP systems
