E-Commerce Executive

Role Overview

As an E-Commerce Executive in Dubai, you will manage day-to-day product and sales operations across Amazon, Noon, and other online marketplaces. Your work will help keep listings accurate, products available, and pricing and promotions aligned with sales performance, supporting Blue Ocean Global’s e-commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain product listings across Amazon, Noon, and other marketplace platforms.
• Check product information for accuracy and improve listings to strengthen online visibility.
• Monitor pricing, promotional activity, and sales results, identifying adjustments that may support stronger performance.
• Track inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and help maintain product availability.
• Review ageing stock and support appropriate actions to manage slow-moving inventory.
• Analyse sales trends and prepare reports that inform operational and commercial decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep marketplace operations running smoothly and support e-commerce initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in e-commerce operations or a closely related role.
• Practical experience managing Amazon, Noon, and other online marketplaces.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and the Noon Seller Portal.
• Experience with product listing management, listing optimisation, pricing, and promotions.
• Understanding of inventory control, replenishment, and ageing-stock management.
• Ability to review sales data, produce reports, and assess marketplace performance.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related discipline is indicated as an estimated qualification.
