Description:

A growing company in the Logistics & Freight industry is currently looking to hire a reliable and detail-oriented Documentation Clerk for its operations in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, capable of handling administrative documentation tasks efficiently, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

The selected candidate will play an important role in maintaining company records, managing documentation processes, and ensuring all files and records are properly organized and updated. Candidates with strong computer knowledge and good organizational skills are encouraged to apply. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organize, and maintain company files, records, and official documents

• Handle filing, scanning, photocopying, and document archiving activities

• Perform accurate data entry and update records within company systems

• Ensure all documents are properly maintained, updated, and easily accessible when required

• Coordinate with internal departments regarding document collection and submission requirements

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information and records

• Assist with administrative support tasks and ensure smooth documentation workflow within the office

Requirements:

• Previous experience in documentation, clerical, or administrative work is preferred

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Familiarity with email handling and filing systems

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and complete tasks within deadlines

• Candidates available for immediate joining are highly preferred
