We are seeking great talents to join us.
1. Payroll Specialist (C&B)
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll for 500-900 staff accurately
- Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, end-of-service benefits
- Maintain employee timesheets & data accuracy
- Calculate project-wise manpower costing & analytics
- Coordinate WPS registrations
- Prepare payroll/HR reports & coordinate with Finance
- Respond to employee queries
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years UAE payroll experience – preferably in EPC / Oil & Gas (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law & processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (excellent skills)
- Ability to work independently
2. Document Controller
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project documents, drawings, and correspondence
- Register, distribute, and archive documents
- Ensure proper filing, updates, and accessibility
- Track revisions & version control
- Coordinate submissions with stakeholders
- Prepare transmittals
- Maintain electronic & hard-copy systems
- Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance
- Generate periodic reports
- Support project teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma
- 2-5 years Document Controller experience (in Engineering, Construction, or Oil/Gas)
- Knowledge of procedures & records management
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with systems (e.g., Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint, ACC) is an advantage
- Excellent skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
Immediate Openings & Joining
Candidates currently in UAE only (cancelled visa, tourist visa, or short notice period). Must be able to work in Abu Dhabi city.
