Description:

Aluminium Cornish is currently looking for a skilled and experienced Document Controller to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in the facade and glazing sector, particularly those familiar with handling construction-related documentation and processes.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of all technical and site-related documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize all project documents, including technical submissions and site records
• Manage document control processes in line with company and project requirements
• Handle shop drawings, submittals, and related documentation efficiently
• Ensure proper tracking, filing, and retrieval of documents
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documents
• Maintain accurate records of revisions and document updates

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the facade and glazing industry
• Mandatory experience within the UAE construction sector
• Strong understanding of document control procedures and systems
• Experience handling technical submittals, shop drawings, and site documentation
• Familiarity with facade and glazing systems documentation
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
