Description:

Bright Accord General Contracting is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in managing documentation processes within construction or contracting environments and can ensure accuracy and efficiency in record handling.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and tracking company documents while supporting project teams with proper documentation flow and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all project-related documents in an organized and systematic manner

• Ensure proper filing, storage, and retrieval of documents for easy access

• Monitor document versions and maintain accurate records of revisions and updates

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documents

• Support administrative tasks related to documentation and reporting

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and document control standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in administration or document management

• Prior experience in document control, records management, or administrative roles

• Familiarity with construction or contracting documentation processes is highly preferred

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines

• Good communication and coordination skills
