Joinery is #Hiring - Dispatch Supervisor
Role:
Will oversee the final stage of factory operations, ensuring that high-quality finished joinery products (furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and fit-out items) are securely packed, accurately documented, and delivered on time to project sites across the GCC.
Responsibilities:
* Lead daily dispatch operations and manage delivery teams.
* Perform final inspections to ensure products meet joinery specs and quality standards.
* Plan delivery schedules, optimize driver routes, and coordinate site handovers.
* Manage delivery notes, BOQs, material take-offs, and proof of delivery.
* Oversee secure packaging to prevent damage to joinery items during transit.
* Coordinate with production and project teams to ensure order readiness and resolve site issues.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in joinery or interior fit-out industries within the GCC.
