Job Description

Position Title: Digital Marketing & Acquisition Officer

Employment Nature: Full-time (Remote)

Remuneration: Kshs. 50,000 + Performance Bonuses

Role Purpose

We are seeking a data-driven and strategically-minded Digital Marketing & Acquisition Officer to spearhead the lead generation and brand positioning efforts for a leading private aviation charter company. Operating in a remote capacity, you will be responsible for penetrating the corporate market and attracting high-net-worth individuals through a mix of aggressive B2B outreach and premium content marketing. This role is not about general awareness; it is about measurable acquisition. You will be expected to manage high-intent digital campaigns, onboard new corporate partners, and maintain the brand’s authority as East Africa’s premier aviation solution.

Primary Responsibilities & Critical KPIs

Corporate Acquisition & B2B Outreach

  • Execute a minimum of 25 personalized LinkedIn messages daily to verified corporate targets, logging all interactions in the CRM within 90 minutes.

  • Conduct daily outreach to at least 5 potential corporate partners, including private banks, NGOs, and multinational travel managers.

  • Deliver at least 8 qualified charter leads to the sales pipeline every week to ensure consistent revenue opportunities.

  • Successfully onboard a minimum of 2 new B2B corporate accounts every month.

Channel Management & Content Strategy

  • Manage a premium Instagram presence with daily posts and stories focused on aircraft and luxury lifestyles, avoiding general enthusiast content.

  • Position the brand on LinkedIn through three weekly authority posts that highlight the company’s regional leadership in private aviation.

  • Maintain a Facebook presence specifically tailored to the Nairobi expat and corporate business communities.

  • Broadcast "Empty Leg" alerts to the contact list within 15 minutes of availability to maximize flight occupancy.

Performance Marketing & SEO

  • Oversee Google Ads campaigns, ensuring the cost per qualified lead (CPL) remains under $75, with weekly performance reporting.

  • Execute a monthly SEO strategy, publishing four high-intent blog posts focused on private charter search terms.

  • Develop and submit a comprehensive monthly content calendar at the start of each period to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Professional Requirements

Background & Experience

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Tenure: Minimum of 3 years in B2B digital marketing with documented lead conversion results.

  • Cold Outreach Mastery: Proven experience in LinkedIn campaigns with verifiable response and conversion data.

  • Premium Branding: Background in social media management for luxury brands, high-end hospitality, or financial services.

  • Targeting Expertise: Demonstrated ability to engage C-suite executives, procurement heads, and regional directors.

Technical Assets

  • Analytics: Strong proficiency in Google Ads management and digital performance reporting.

  • Equipment: Must own a high-performance laptop, smartphone, and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
