Title: Digital Marketer / Sales Executive

Position Mandate

We are looking for a dynamic and hybrid-skilled Digital Marketer / Sales Executive to join our team in Eastleigh. This role is designed for a professional who can masterfully blend creative digital storytelling with aggressive sales execution. You will be responsible for the entire customer acquisition funnel—from creating viral content on TikTok and Instagram to managing paid ad spend and personally closing deals with prospective clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who understands how to leverage digital analytics to drive physical sales and has a proven track record of meeting revenue targets in a fast-paced commercial hub.

Key Performance Areas

Digital Strategy & Growth

  • Architect and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies to elevate brand presence and product visibility.

  • Take full ownership of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), driving organic growth and community engagement.

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising budget across Meta Ads and Google Ads to maximize conversions and ROI.

  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, providing data-backed insights for continuous strategy refinement.

  • Ensure brand consistency and a professional "voice" across all digital touchpoints.

Creative Content Production

  • Produce high-quality visual and written content, including engaging captions, promotional videos, and graphic assets.

  • Stay ahead of digital trends to ensure the company’s content remains fresh, relevant, and shareable.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to translate technical product features into compelling marketing materials.

  • Utilize basic design and video editing tools to maintain a rapid and consistent content publishing schedule.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Proactively identify and penetrate new market segments and sales opportunities within and beyond Eastleigh.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial lead qualification to negotiation and final deal closure.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with B2B and B2C clients to ensure repeat business and high retention.

  • Coordinate digital marketing efforts with sales activities to ensure that online leads are promptly contacted and converted.

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for management review.

Requirements & Competencies

Professional Profile

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing.

  • Sector Advantage: Previous experience within the manufacturing industry is a significant added advantage.

  • Sales Background: Demonstrated success in a target-driven sales or business development role.

Functional Skills
