Job Purpose

We are seeking a creative and hands‑on Digital Marketer to manage social media, create content, and support digital campaigns for our business. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, basic online advertising, and using insights to improve performance.

Main Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and post content on the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

• Schedule posts using basic tools and maintain a consistent posting calendar.

• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a professional manner.

Content Creation

• Create simple graphics and posts using tools like Canva.

• Write captions and short marketing copy for social media.

• Capture basic photos and videos of products for online use.

Campaign Support

• Assist in running paid ads (Meta/Google) under supervision.

• Help boost posts and monitor basic performance metrics.

Reporting

• Track simple metrics such as engagement, followers, and reach.

• Prepare short weekly reports on social media performance.

Website & Online Updates

• Assist in updating website content (where applicable).

• Ensure product information and promotions are current and accurate.

General Marketing Support

• Support marketing campaigns and promotions across channels.

• Work with the sales team to promote products online.

• Assist in day‑to‑day marketing tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Digital Marketer (manufacturing industry experience is preferred).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools, etc.).

• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite is an added advantage.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
