Deputy Branch Manager

- Own and deliver branch production targets.
- Build, lead, and grow high-performing Unit Managers and Financial Advisors.
- Scale sustainable Business growth through strong market leadership.
- Drive advisor productivity, persistency, and retention.
- Oversee branch operations in line with company and HR policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Business-related degree.
- COP qualification (ACII, AIIK, or CIM an added advantage).
- Must have experience leading a team of financial services sales agents.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial services sales.
