Data Entry / Receptionist – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry / Receptionist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves accurate document handling, maintaining filing systems, and providing professional front-desk support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, scan, and store documents accurately
- Maintain and update the physical filing system
- Control and track document flow within the department
- Review documents for accuracy and compliance
- Retrieve files as required and report any discrepancies
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of records
- Greet visitors and answer calls professionally
- Support general office and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher
- Experience in data entry and document control
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent English communication skills
