- Perform verification checks on incoming data, flagging inconsistencies or missing details before they become operational issues.
- Organise and maintain logistics documentation, including delivery notes, invoices, shipment manifests, and dispatch records, ensuring easy retrieval and proper archival.
- Coordinate with suppliers and transport providers to schedule deliveries, collections, and dispatches, aligning timing with operational priorities.
- Track inventory movements and update stock records in real time, supporting accurate visibility of available goods.
- Monitor shipments from dispatch to delivery, proactively communicating status updates to internal teams and external clients.
- Support inventory reconciliation and periodic stock audits, investigating and resolving discrepancies when they surface.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, summarising key logistics and data metrics for management review.
Requirements & Qualifications

- At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in data entry, logistics coordination, administration, or a comparable operational role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong working knowledge of Excel for data manipulation, filtering, and reporting.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms or inventory management software is a plus, signalling the ability to adapt quickly to internal systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially when processing high volumes of data under time constraints.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities without losing accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
- Demonstrated ability to remain composed and effective when working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
