Hiring: Operations / Store & Admin Coordinator
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and professional Operations / Store & Admin Coordinator to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Store inventory checking and stock management
- Invoice and quotation preparation
- Daily job data collection and Excel sheet reporting
- Client dealing and coordination
- Maintain professional communication with clients and team members
- Vehicle inspection (twice a month) and vehicle record management
- Ensure company vehicles are fully equipped
- Staff timesheet preparation
- Work permit, gate pass, and document processing
- Record keeping and data management
- Support operations team with daily tasks
- Inspection, check & balance of operational activities
- Payment link creation and follow-up
- Excel reporting, browsing, and online data handling
Requirements:
- Good communication and client dealing skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent data entry and reporting skills
- Experience in inventory, admin, or operations
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Experience in operations, store handling, or admin support
- UAE experience is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary starting from 1500 AED (depending on experience)
- Visa & accommodation provided by the company
- Own visa Holder can also apply
