Description:

BR+A Consulting Engineers is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to support its Construction Administration team based in Boston, Massachusetts. This role offers an opportunity to work within a well-established engineering firm known for delivering innovative and sustainable solutions across infrastructure and development projects.

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting engineering teams by managing project documentation, tracking submissions, and ensuring accurate and timely data entry. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a structured and deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Log and track submittals, RFIs, and project-related documentation accurately.

• Type, format, and prepare reports, correspondence, and project updates.

• Communicate with project teams to clarify document status and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain organized records of submissions, deadlines, and project milestones.

• Support construction administration teams with timely document flow and updates.

• Assist in preparing project reports and supporting documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company document management standards and procedures.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
