As a leading BTL marketing agency with operations across East Africa and beyond, Treasure Communications uses data, market intelligence and technology to help brands better understand their markets and make informed business decisions. We are looking for reliable individuals who can support the collection of accurate and high-quality field data.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assigned field surveys, interviews and data collection activities.
• Accurately capture information from respondents using the provided data collection tools.
• Follow the approved research questionnaire, methodology and field procedures.
• Ensure all information collected is complete, accurate and submitted on time.
• Verify responses and correct inconsistencies where necessary before submission
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when interacting with respondents.
• Meet assigned daily field coverage and data collection targets.

Qualifications Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification: Form Four leaver.
• Ability to read, understand and accurately capture information.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to meet assigned targets and deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to undertake field-based assignments
