Description:
A leading luxury retail brand based in Dubai is currently seeking a detail-oriented and commercially focused Data Analyst to join its expanding team. The organization is looking for a professional who can transform complex business data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across retail performance, customer behavior, sales trends, and operational reporting.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities and the ability to work closely with multiple departments including retail, marketing, finance, and operations. This role requires someone who can interpret data effectively and contribute to improving overall business performance through accurate reporting and insights.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze sales, customer, and operational data to identify key trends and business opportunities
• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports for management and leadership teams
• Support forecasting activities, KPI tracking, and overall business performance analysis
• Collaborate with retail, marketing, finance, and operations departments for data-driven decision support
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all business data
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and reporting automation
• Present insights in a clear and actionable format for decision-making
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Reporting roles
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI or Tableau
• Experience in luxury retail, fashion, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Must currently be based in Dubai
