Description:
AMIT International is currently looking to hire a skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Technician to join its growing team in Dubai. The company is seeking a technically capable professional who can provide excellent support services while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and timely issue resolution.
This role is suitable for candidates with a strong technical background, good communication abilities, and the capability to handle customer concerns professionally across multiple support channels.
The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with hardware and software issues, maintaining technical systems, and coordinating with internal departments when advanced support is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance to customers through phone, email, remote support, and on-site visits
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain systems, devices, and technical equipment
• Ensure customer complaints and technical concerns are resolved efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues, support activities, and solutions provided
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for escalations and complex troubleshooting cases
• Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining strong customer relationships
• Assist in system testing, maintenance, and operational support when required
• Monitor recurring issues and provide feedback for process improvements
Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer support or technical support positions
• Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware components, and troubleshooting techniques
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Technical certifications or related training will be considered an added advantage
• Willingness to handle customer support requests professionally and efficiently
