We’re Hiring: Customer Support Executive
Evening Shift - (6 PM – 12 AM)

Dandpo is a fast-growing print-tech startup transforming customized printing and corporate procurement solutions in the UAE. As we scale, we’re strengthening our customer experience team and looking for a proactive Customer Support Executive to manage evening operations and deliver exceptional support. If you enjoy interacting with customers, solving problems quickly, and working in a fast-paced startup environment — we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, calls, email & chat
- Assist customers with order placement and customization
- Coordinate with production & delivery teams for updates
- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain follow-ups and build repeat customer relationships
Requirements
? 1–3 years customer support experience (e-commerce/startup preferred)
? Strong communication and multitasking skills
? Comfortable working 6 PM – 12 AM shift
? Problem-solving mindset with strong ownership
? Familiarity with WhatsApp Business / CRM tools is a plus
