Customer Services Coordinator

A corrugated carton manufacturing company in the UAE is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Services Coordinator to support daily operational activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing customer interactions, ensuring smooth order processing, and coordinating with internal departments to guarantee timely delivery and high service standards.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally while working closely with production and dispatch teams. The role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring efficient workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups in a timely manner
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure on-time deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order status

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service (manufacturing or packaging industry preferred)

• Strong communication skills with attention to detail
• Candidate must currently be based in the UAE
