Customer Service Executive
Job Description: We are seeking experienced and professional Customer Service Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and provide detailed information regarding admissions.
- Maintain accurate logs of customer inquiries and follow up as required.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Offer suitable solutions to customer issues within defined time limits.
- Record all customer complaints daily, following company procedures.
- Communicate with customers to secure any necessary missing documentation.
- Respond to customer queries and requests with professionalism.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in data entry and basic computer operations.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Fast and efficient problem-solving skills.
- Professional and respectful attitude towards customers and colleagues.
Candidates must currently be based in Dubai and be willing to work in the second shift.
