Job Description
Core Responsibility
- Order Management
- Managing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle via ERP systems.
- Account Retention
- Maintaining B2B relationships with developers and distributors.
- Logistics Link
- Coordinating with dispatch teams to minimize lead times.
- Issue Resolution
- Resolving weight, quality, and delivery disputes.
- Telesales
- Daily calling of Retailers for order generation
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A background or certificate in Civil Engineering or Building Construction is highly preferred to provide technical product support.
Experience:
- 1–2 years in customer service or sales, ideally within the manufacturing or construction sector.
