Description:

TASC Outsourcing is currently looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Happiness Executive to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and maintaining strong relationships through direct, face-to-face interactions.

The position is offered on a 6-month outsourced contract, with the possibility of extension based on individual performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively

• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty

• Maintain clear and professional communication at all times

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

• Ensure all customer interactions are handled in line with company standards and policies

• Adapt to different customer needs and provide personalized support where required

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in face-to-face customer support roles

• Prior work experience within the UAE is mandatory

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to communicate in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is required

• Must be available for immediate joining

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Work Schedule:

• 6 working days per week

• Rotational shift system

• Flexible duty hours depending on operational needs

• Morning and evening shifts may be assigned
