Description:
NuCO2 is seeking a Customer Data Management Specialist to join its team in Stuart, Florida. This early-career opportunity is designed for detail-oriented professionals who have experience working with customer data, information processing, and database management in a transactional environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining customer records, processing contract information, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting customer relationship management processes. The ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review, interpret, and enter contract data and customer information into multiple systems to maintain accurate customer records.
• Correct, update, and adjust customer data according to customer relationship management processes and setup requests.
• Monitor customer information and generate reports to ensure data integrity.
• Manage and maintain customer databases while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Process and update information in a data-driven environment.
• Support internal teams by maintaining reliable and accurate customer records.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in a similar role.
• Associate’s Degree is preferred (equivalent work experience may be considered).
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, pricing details, and equipment transmittals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Billing and invoicing systems, including screens and codes.
• Basic math operations, including calculations and conversions of fractions and decimals.
• Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Internet-based tools.
• Multi-screen system setups.
• JDE systems (preferred).
• Data processing and customer database management.
