Description:
Binghatti is expanding its Customer Experience team at its Dubai headquarters and is looking for talented professionals across multiple CRM and customer experience roles. The company is seeking professionals with strong backgrounds in customer experience, contact center operations, CRM, customer service, and team leadership. Candidates with experience gained from leading real estate developers, prestigious brands, luxury retail, or fashion customer service environments are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences across all customer touchpoints.
• Manage customer interactions through CRM systems and communication channels.
• Support customer service operations and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
• Support team objectives while maintaining high service standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in customer experience, CRM, contact center operations, customer service, or team leadership.
• Experience with leading real estate developers, prestigious brands, luxury retail, or fashion customer service environments is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Customer service best practices and contact center operations.
• Communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic environment.
