Vitu is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Assistant to support and enhance its customer relationship management systems. As a leading innovator in Vehicle-to-Government (V2Gov) technology, Vitu provides advanced solutions that simplify vehicle titling and registration processes across the United States.
The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining accurate customer data, improving CRM processes, supporting internal teams, and ensuring reliable reporting. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with organized systems, data accuracy, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across customer records.
• Perform data cleansing activities, remove duplicate records, and improve database quality.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to support CRM-related requirements.
• Generate and distribute reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer activities and trends.
• Provide internal user support and training on CRM tools, features, and best practices.
• Assist with CRM workflow development, automation, and software integrations.
• Monitor CRM system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Support continuous improvement of CRM processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Stay updated with CRM management trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data management tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability and willingness to learn data analysis and performance metrics.
• Strong knowledge of:
• CRM systems, customer data management, and database accuracy.
• Reporting, dashboards, and data quality improvement processes.
• Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and business productivity tools.
