Corporate Travel Consultant

SATA is looking for an experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to join its Dubai team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a solid background in managing both corporate and leisure travel while delivering excellent customer service.

The selected candidate will handle business travel arrangements, itinerary modifications, travel documentation, and customized holiday planning. The role also involves promoting leisure travel services to existing corporate clients and ensuring smooth travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and transfers in line with company travel policies.

• Manage schedule changes, emergency rebookings, ticket modifications, and refunds.

• Ensure travel arrangements meet client budgets and preferred vendor programs.

• Handle travel documentation, including visa applications and travel insurance.

• Design customized holiday packages, weekend trips, and leisure travel extensions.

• Provide destination guidance, itineraries, and activity recommendations.

• Cross-sell leisure travel services to corporate clients and business travellers.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of front-line travel agency experience handling corporate and leisure travel.

• Proficiency with Galileo and/or Amadeus Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

• Strong knowledge of global geography, airline fare rules, ticketing, and visa procedures.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, multitasking, and customer service skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
