A leading organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals with a strong background in the real estate sector and expertise in valuations, financial modelling, and transaction advisory services.
The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, preparing financial analyses, conducting due diligence, and advising clients on strategic real estate and corporate finance transactions. Professionals with UAE or GCC experience and relevant professional certifications will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct real estate and business valuations using DCF, Comparable Market Analysis, and other recognized valuation methodologies.
• Develop financial models, feasibility studies, investment appraisals, and business case analyses.
• Perform financial due diligence and support mergers, acquisitions, and transaction advisory engagements.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports, financial presentations, and client deliverables.
• Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, investment opportunities, and strategic financial decisions.
Requirements:
• 5–8 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Valuations, Transaction Advisory, or Investment Banking.
• Mandatory experience in the real estate sector.
• Professional qualification such as CFA, CA, ACCA, MRICS, or an equivalent certification is preferred.
• UAE or GCC market experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Financial modelling and business valuation techniques.
• Feasibility studies, investment analysis, and financial due diligence.
• DCF modelling, Comparable Market Analysis, and transaction advisory services.
