Role Introduction

We are seeking an exceptionally creative, versatile Copywriter to shape and elevate our brand's voice across all marketing, digital, and offline channels. Your primary focus is to craft highly persuasive, engaging, and clear copy that transforms complex ideas into relatable stories that drive consumer action. This position bridges creative concept development with meticulous editorial control; you will collaborate with designers and marketers to design cohesive campaigns, optimize digital copy for search engines, and manage multiple content schedules simultaneously. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, a deep love for storytelling, and the ability to seamlessly adapt their writing tone to captivate diverse audiences.

Key Performance Areas

Campaign Development & Content Creation

  • Conceptualize and draft compelling copy for diverse marketing mediums, including printed brochures, digital flyers, promotional newsletters, and targeted advertisements.
  • Write highly engaging, channel-specific captions and posts for social media platforms to grow digital engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Create high-impact web assets, including landing pages, search-optimized blog articles, accurate product descriptions, and persuasive email marketing sequences.
  • Brainstorm and draft engaging multimedia scripts for commercial videos, radio advertisements, and corporate presentations.

Editorial Control & Brand Alignment

  • Proofread, edit, and polish draft copy to ensure flawless grammar, brand voice alignment, and consistent structural styling.
  • Tailor the complexity, tone, and delivery style of messaging to effectively match specified target audiences and varying communication platforms.
  • Actively collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to translate commercial objectives into uniform, high-converting campaign concepts.
  • Conduct thorough competitor, trend, and audience research to ensure all published content is factually accurate, relevant, and highly competitive.

Digital Optimization & Performance Analytics

  • Embed search engine optimization (SEO) best practices naturally into web copy and articles to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
  • Monitor live digital content engagement metrics (clicks, impressions, bounce rates, and conversions) to analyze performance and suggest strategic writing revisions.
  • Maintain an active and organized content calendar to guarantee the punctual delivery of all creative materials.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by producing polished copy for internal corporate communications and external talent acquisition campaigns.

Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Educational Background: Degree or Diploma in Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related creative writing discipline.
  • Professional Longevity: Proven track record of success working as a professional Copywriter, Content Writer, or in a matching creative agency/corporate role.
  • Optimization Literacy: Familiarity with structural SEO principles, keyword integration tools, and modern digital platform algorithms.
  • Organizational Agility: Exceptional time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to transition smoothly between different project prompts under tight turnaround timelines.
