Social Media & Client Coordination Executive (Nightlife Industry – Dubai)
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly responsible, multi-tasking individual to manage client coordination, social media operations, and campaign follow-ups for multiple nightlife brands (clubs & lounges) in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-spoken, detail-oriented, and comfortable working during night hours.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Coordination
- Communicate with clients on a daily basis (calls, WhatsApp, meetings)
- Handle client queries, feedback, and approvals professionally
- Meet venue owners/management when required
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth communication
2. Social Media Management
- Upload and schedule posts on Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Ensure all content is approved before posting
- Create and manage new social media accounts when required
- Optimize bios, highlights, and profile setup for better branding
3. Campaign & Team Coordination
- Follow up with paid ads/media buying team for campaign execution
- Ensure campaigns are running as per plan (especially nightlife promotions)
- Coordinate between the internal team and client for deliverables
4. Community Management
- Reply to Instagram & social media DMs on time
- Handle inquiries, reservations, and basic customer queries
- Maintain brand tone and professionalism in conversations
5. Quality Control
- Check content quality before posting (design, caption, accuracy)
- Ensure no mistakes in timings, offers, or venue details
- Monitor overall social media presence and maintain standards
Requirements
- Experience in social media handling + client coordination
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and social media tools
- Strong communication skills (English mandatory)
- Comfortable working night shifts / late hours
- Ability to handle multiple clients (nightclubs/lounges)
- Basic understanding of paid ads coordination
- Strong attention to detail and responsibility
