Primary Objective
We are looking for a disciplined and technically sound Cook to drive the culinary operations of our kitchen. Your mandate is to execute high-quality breakfast, lunch, and dinner services with unwavering consistency. You will be responsible for the entire kitchen lifecycle—from meticulous ingredient preparation and stock rotation using FIFO principles to the final hygienic plating of meals. Functional Deliverables
Culinary Execution & Service

Prepare, marinate, and measure ingredients with precision according to standardized recipes.

Cook a diverse menu of meals and snacks, ensuring uniformity in taste, texture, and presentation.

Plate and portion meals attractively while maintaining strict adherence to hygiene guidelines.

Prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours to ensure the timely delivery of orders to guests.
Sanitation & Food Governance

Maintain a pristine kitchen environment by disinfecting surfaces and equipment before and after every shift.

Implement rigorous food storage protocols, monitoring temperatures and expiry dates to prevent spoilage.

Follow the First In, First Out (FIFO) method for stock management to ensure ingredient freshness.

Uphold Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards to prevent accidents and maintain a safe workspace.
Technical Maintenance & Collaboration

Safely operate and clean industrial kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, and mixers.

Promptly report any mechanical faults or equipment damage to the supervisor to avoid service gaps.

Support the wider kitchen team during high-volume periods to ensure smooth operational flow.
