Position Overview
We are looking for a disciplined and efficient Cook to join our culinary team. Your primary focus will be the execution of a diverse menu spanning breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of a dish—from meticulous ingredient preparation and cooking to hygienic plating and service. Success in this role depends on your ability to follow standardized recipes to the letter, ensuring that every guest enjoys a consistent taste and presentation. You will act as a guardian of kitchen standards, upholding rigorous sanitation and stock rotation practices to ensure a safe and productive workspace.
Core Deliverables
Culinary Execution & Service

Prepare all ingredients—including washing, chopping, and marinating—in accordance with specific recipe requirements.

Cook a wide variety of meals, ensuring consistent flavor profiles and high-quality presentation.

Manage portion control to align with established guidelines and minimize food costs.

Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal delivery during peak service hours.
Sanitation & Food Governance

Maintain an immaculate kitchen environment, cleaning all surfaces and equipment before and after use.

Implement strict food storage protocols, utilizing the FIFO method to ensure ingredient freshness and reduce waste.

Monitor critical temperatures during both the storage and cooking phases to comply with health regulations.

Safely operate and maintain kitchen machinery, including ovens, fryers, and mixers, reporting any faults immediately.
Workflow & Team Synergy

Prioritize tasks effectively to meet set timeframes, particularly during high-pressure dining periods.

Follow directions from supervisors while supporting colleagues to ensure a seamless kitchen flow.
