Nebius is seeking a Community Manager to develop and grow local developer ecosystems across North America. This high-impact role will focus on building relationships with AI developers, engineers, founders, and technology communities while creating programs and events that encourage collaboration, engagement, and long-term community growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and expand a strong local developer community focused on AI builders, engineers, and technical founders.

• Identify important developer hubs, communities, and influential individuals within the region.

• Represent Nebius at industry events, meetups, workshops, and ecosystem activities.

• Plan and execute developer-focused events, hackathons, workshops, and community programs.

• Collaborate with startups, venture capital firms, universities, and developer groups to strengthen ecosystem partnerships.

• Recruit and support developers, creators, and community leaders through ambassador and fellowship programs.

• Develop engagement initiatives that create long-term value for community members.

• Manage online developer communities across platforms such as Discord, Slack, and Telegram.

• Build repeatable community programs, playbooks, and frameworks that can scale across different regions.

• Collect community feedback and share insights with product, marketing, and leadership teams.

• Identify developer needs, trends, and opportunities to improve community engagement strategies.

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of experience in community management, developer marketing, events, or ecosystem development roles.

• Strong understanding of developer audiences, especially AI/ML, infrastructure, or related technology fields.

• Proven experience managing ambassador programs, grassroots communities, or developer initiatives.

• Ability to execute projects from concept development through successful delivery.

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

• Comfortable representing a technology brand and engaging with developer communities.

• Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team environment.

• Flexibility to collaborate across US, Europe, and APAC time zones when required.

• Strong knowledge of:

• AI technologies, developer tools, and technical communities.

• Community-building strategies, events management, and ecosystem programs.

• Startup environments and developer engagement initiatives.
