Ownerss International Real Estate is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Community Manager to join its growing team in Business Bay, Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing online communities, developing engaging content strategies, supporting branding initiatives, and coordinating with creative teams to strengthen the company’s presence across multiple digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and expand the company’s online communities across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Engage with clients, followers, and audiences while maintaining a premium brand image.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Support real estate agents with personal branding, property promotions, and success story content.
• Coordinate with creative teams to produce high-quality digital content.
• Organize networking events, roadshows, community activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends, campaign analytics, and overall performance to improve engagement.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Community Management, Social Media, or Digital Marketing within Dubai’s real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current content trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working in the Dubai real estate industry is highly preferred.
• Additional language skills, especially French, are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube management.
• Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.
• Content strategy, community engagement, and digital branding.
