Job Description

About the Role

  • Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of a vibrant hospitality establishment in Siaya County. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and overall profitability of the club.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring smooth service delivery across all departments
  • Manage and supervise staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally
  • Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and stock control of food, beverages, and supplies
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and cost control measures
  • Coordinate events, promotions, and entertainment activities to enhance customer experience
  • Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and overall club standards

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a club, bar, or restaurant setting
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good financial management and budgeting skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
