Description:

Sakina – SEHA is looking to hire a qualified Clinical Psychologist to join its healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for experienced mental health professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality psychological care in a hospital or clinical environment.

The ideal candidate will have a recognized postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology, relevant professional experience, and a valid DOH license or eligibility letter. This position is open exclusively to Arabic-speaking candidates who are committed to supporting patients with professionalism and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling services to patients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.

• Support patients and families through appropriate mental health interventions.

• Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist in a hospital or mental health setting.

• Arabic speakers only.

• Valid DOH license or DOH eligibility letter as a Clinical Psychologist.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical assessment skills.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • Psychological assessment and diagnosis

 • Evidence-based therapeutic interventions

 • Mental health regulations and clinical documentation
